11Communications: Autopilot keeps you and the team posted in Slack

Autopilot posts to its own Slack log channel: when it starts, a short update every hour, anything it got stuck on, and a recap at the end of the day. Each update keeps the step-by-step detail in a thread, so the channel stays easy to scan. If something needs a person, it @mentions whoever is on duty. You choose what it posts and who gets pinged on the right.

7Autopilot: when an admin signs in, grading runs itself once the links are set

Once an admin confirms the sources (the S3 answer keys and Gamma kiosk links), Autopilot claims each new submission, pulls the entry from Gamma, matches the answer key and grades it with no clicks. Sending is the only thing that waits for a person by default, so you still review before Slack or Asana see anything. 7a is the one-time setup shown at sign-in. 7b is the live view while it runs.

Welcome back, Jordan. Start Autopilot?
Check that these links are right. After that, new kiosks get claimed, pulled and graded on their own. You'll only be asked to approve what goes out.

6Admin mode: Creating and Filing (to connect later)

Admin uses the same shell, with the mode switch set to Admin and a purple accent so it's obvious which mode you're in. These screens are lighter on purpose: they set up the structure so Creating and Filing can connect to grading later. 6a is the Admin home, 6b replaces the long collapsed form with a step-by-step Create Kiosk, and 6c puts the filing queue and hub on one screen.

Connects to grading later
Once these are connected, each new kiosk will publish its answer key straight to grading. A kiosk with a high fail rate will also suggest an update right here.
