1App shell, unified grading flow and queue

A flow-first top bar with a Grading / Admin mode switch. Grading mode shows Queue, Grading Hub, History, PSC Corrections (Redos) and Logic. Admin is a separate mode. The health pill shows CBMS relay, Bedrock, Slack and Asana and how long since the last sync. Each kiosk moves through four steps on one screen: Claim → Fetch → Grade → Send Feedback. 1a puts the queue beside the active kiosk, with multi-select for batch grading. 1d is the iPhone version.
